What is a Retreat Yourself Box?

The Retreat Yourself Box is a seasonal subscription box filled with 10-15 sample and full sized health and wellness products with a focus on natural and organic Australian brands. All products are sourced with your best interests in mind and will include items such as edible health foods and supplements, bath and body products, beauty products, and possibly even lifestyle products. Each box of products is different and will be tailored towards that season.

The box will also contain the RY wellness guide which includes healthy recipes, a yoga/stretch/workout routine or workout and lifestyle articles from a range of health and wellness gurus across the globe. There will also be a Retreat Yourself Day Plan, which explains how you can create your own ‘at home retreat’ using the products and guide featured within the box.

The box is designed so that you can discover new and exciting brands without having to leave your home, but also captures the whole reason we are interested in health – to improve our lives! We create the boxes to help you reach your highest state of wellness, and also encourage you to use the day plan and take some quality time out for you.

What is the difference between a Retreat Yourself Subscription and Single Box?

Seasonal subscription:

A payment of $59.95 (plus shipping if international) will be withdrawn from your account every 3 months. You will receive a Retreat Yourself Box very 3 months at the start of each season (June 1st, Sept 1st, Dec 1st, March 1st).

A payment of $220 (plus shipping if international) will be withdrawn from your account every year.

How much does it cost?

Seasonal Subscription: $59.95 every 3 months (plus shipping if international) 

Yearly Subscription: $220 annual payment + shipping if international

How many boxes do I get per year?

When you subscribe on a seasonal or annual basis, you will receive four boxes per year or until subscription is canceled.

If you purchase a Single Box, you will receive ONE box.

When will I receive my Retreat Yourself Box?

If the current season’s box has run out and therefore you are PRE ORDERING for the next season. Ie. You are ordering BEFORE the next season’s launch date

I just wanted one Retreat Yourself box, why have I been charged again?

If you subscribe seasonally or annually, you will be billed and shipped boxes until you decide to cancel.

Retreat Yourself is a subscription service, just like when you subscribe to a magazine – you will continue to pay for, and receive the service until cancellation. 

If you have only purchased a single box – you will only be billed for that one purchase and you will only receive one box.

I love this product, where can I buy it?

Products that are within the box will be featured on our ‘Partners’ page. You will be able to be linked through to their website through ours.

You will also find the product list document in the box.

Can I choose what's in my box?

No you can’t choose what’s in your box, however after you’ve gone through the checkout you will log into your account and complete your ‘Health profile’ form. This helps us know a lot more about you and what you like. Also, every time you ‘Review’ your box – we find out more and more on how to create a box that you love!

Please note than even though we do take your special requirements into consideration, all boxes will be generic so we cannot completely tailor to your needs.

You can take comfort in knowing that the team at Retreat Yourself put a LOT of time and effort into choosing the perfect products for you.

How does Retreat Yourself choose what goes in the box?

Our team here at Retreat Yourself have a background in holistic health, nutrition and fitness, so we are fully equipped and always on the hunt for products that are great for you. We always choose brands that are aligned with our core beliefs and values, and that have the same vision as us.

Our focus is on natural and organic brands within Australia. We believe in whole health, and looking after the body and mind, so we always have your best health interests in mind.

What if I have any special conditions? i.e. allergies/vegan/skin conditions?

After you’ve purchased your box, you will be invited to complete your health profile within your login area.

This will enable you to advise us of any special conditions that you have, although this does not guarantee that you will not receive these items in your box.

Is everything in the box vegan?

Retreat Yourself strongly supports vegan, and whilst most of our boxes are vegan, we cannot 100% guarantee that they always will be.

We always ensure that we understand how the product was manufactured before including them within our box, and only align with companies that share our same values and are kind to the environment.

One of the products is damaged or missing, can I get it replaced?

Please contact us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com if anything within your box has been damaged or is missing. We will investigate the issue and will review your case to decide what sort of replacement is appropriate. Please ensure that you contact us within four weeks from the date your box has been shipped as we are only able to process replacement requests within this time.

How does the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee work?

If you are unhappy with the box and the products inside, you can return the box to us within 30 days of receiving it (we must receive the box within 30 days since shipment) and we will refund you your money.

The box MUST be undamaged and none of the products open or used or you will not qualify to receive your money back

what is the Retreat Yourself cancellation policy?

You are welcome to cancel at anytime by logging into your account and canceling or emailing us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com. Your subscription will continue to renew indefinitely until canceled.

You will need to cancel prior to next payment being debited.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your subscription, please contact our team at info@retreatyourselfbox.com and we will cancel the subscription. OR you can cancel by logging into your account and requesting cancellation.

How can I update my postal address

To change any details, please contact us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com and we will advise of the correct steps.

Please DO NOT update your address through your account as this could cause issues with shipping.

How can I update my payment details?

You can log into your account and update your payment details within the ‘PAYMENT METHODS’ area

If I gift a box to a friend, can I include a personalised note?

If you would like to include a personalised note, please contact us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com at time of order and we will add one in for you.

What is your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with the box and products included, we will provide a refund if returned within 30 days. Products must NOT have been used, opened or tampered with, and will only be refunded if returned in one piece.

What payment options do you accept?

We use PayPal, where you can either use your PayPal account or credit/debit card.
