When will my Retreat Yourself Box be shipped?

Seasonal boxes are shipped Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.

If you pre-order a box, it will be shipped at the start of the next season.

Seasonal subscribers will receive a new box every 3 months at the start of the new season (Autumn – March 1st, Winter – June 1st, Spring – September 1st, Summer – December 1st)

How much is shipping?

Due to the size and weight of the Retreat Yourself Box, shipping and handling will be an additional fee of $9.95.

How long does it take?

Deliveries can take up to 7 days for any areas in VIC, NSW, QLD and SA.

For orders in TAS and WA, orders can take a while longer – up to two weeks in busy periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to keep track of your Retreat Yourself Box.

Please contact us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com if your order has not arrived after two weeks.

How do I get my box?

Your box will be delivered to the shipping address indicated during purchase.

When purchasing your Retreat Yourself Box, you will be asked to notify whether you will be home to sign for your box, or whether you give permission to leave the box in a safe place.

Our couriers will not leave the box unattended unless given permission to do so, and will otherwise leave a note in your letterbox to organize delivery at a later date.

Please note that insurance becomes void when the box is left at the door.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use both Fastway and Australia Post, depending on the area the order is being delivered to.

What happens if I change my address?

If you change your address you will need to contact us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com to let us know.

Do not change your address via your account as this could cause errors with shipping.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number should have been sent to you via email once your order was dispatched.

If you have not received your tracking number, please email us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com and we will follow up.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do ship overseas however shipping charges will be different dependent on your location. Please contact us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com to discuss.

BILLING

SINGLE BOX / SHE CARDS

For Single Box and She Card purchases, the payment will be withdrawn and no payments will follow. These products are not part of a subscription.

SEASONAL SUBSCRIPTION

IF YOU ORDERED THE CURRENT SEASONS BOX

If you started your subscription with the current seasons box, your next payment will be on the 22nd day of the month before the next seasons box shipment.

EXAMPLE: It’s Autumn and you order the ‘Seasonal Subscription Starting Autumn’ on April 1st. Your next payment will be withdrawn on May 22nd (right before the Winter Box is shipped).

Your billing date will continue to be the 22nd day, every 3 months following.

IF YOU PRE ORDERED/ORDERED THE NEXT SEASONS BOX

If you pre-order the next seasons box, your payment date will be the same day, 3 months later.

EXAMPLE: It’s May and you are pre-ordering the ‘Seasonal Subscription Starting Winter’ on May 15th. Your next payment will be withdrawn on August 15th (3 months after initial payment date)

YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION

*The Yearly Subscription is an ongoing subscription that will continue to renew until canceled by you.

IF YOU ORDERED STARTING WITH THE CURRENT SEASONS BOX

If you started your subscription with the current seasons box, your next yearly payment will be on the 22nd day, the month before the new year of subscriptions renews.

EXAMPLE: It’s Autumn and you order the ‘Yearly Subscription Starting Autumn’ on April 1st. Your next payment will be withdrawn on February 22nd ONE YEAR LATER (right before the next Autumn Box is shipped).

Your billing date will continue to be the 22nd day, every year following.

IF YOU PRE ORDERED/ORDERED THE NEXT SEASONS BOX

If you pre-order the next seasons box, your payment date will be the same day, 1 year later.

EXAMPLE: It’s May and you are pre-ordering the ‘Yearly Subscription Starting Winter’ on May 15th. Your next payment will be withdrawn on May 15th, one year later

How do I cancel my subscription?

We will be sad to see you go! But to cancel you subscription, all you need to do is contact our team at info@retreatyourselfbox.com.

We have no cancellation policy and will cancel straight away.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, no further payments will be withdrawn.

If you have had an order go through before cancellation, your order will still be shipped.

If you have a yearly subscription, you will still receive the remaining boxes for that year.

When will my subscription end?

All of our subscriptions are ongoing until canceled by you.
